"File Link State" available for Export to CSV

Can we please have the ability to add "File Link State" as a property column to export to CSV?

@ThomasRambach

Please try the following.

  1. Select the Items you want to export.
  2. In the File Menu, select Print Preview
  3. In the Print Preview dialog, in the File Menu select Export Document and select xls or xlsx

You should get an excel file with the File Link State information.

You can do this while exporting to CSV also.

@ihayesjr I don't see any option to include the File Link State column when using the CSV export. Running 2025.3

(I need to use the Export Item function, not print function.)

@ThomasRambach

Why is that column import with an Item export?

We use the Item Export for ERP purposes. That column signifies that a change is pending on a component. This has been requested to be added to the output by our sourcing people to make decisions on timing of transmittals based on change progress.

Example: Proceed with quote but any with out-of-date status should not be fabricated until changes are transmitted.
