Opportunities to improve how Vault Autoloader works

Opportunities to improve how Vault Autoloader works

We have about 5000 autocad files to upload to vault in a master root folder, and are experiencing major difficulty uploading them to Vault.

1) When I try uploading all 5000 at once, the autoloader scan feature crashes around 2200 files in. If efficiency of the program could be improved such that up to 10,000 files can be scanned at a time, this would be a major improvement to the program.
2) The initial upload process requires me to select the entire master root folder, and doesn't give me an option to select a subsect of the root folder. For companies with massive autocad databases, this is a major problem. We need the ability to select smaller subsets of the master folder, like Building 1 + XREF folder only, not all buildings in the company.

Have you tried using the Check in Folder option in AutoCAD instead of using Autoloader?

Yes, I successfully used check in folder once, and this is a good work around when autoloader doesn't work.

However, when I used the check in folder feature in autocad, it lost the folder structure we have.
