Open from Vault dialog Checked-out File indication

When a file is checked-out by another user, the Vault Client shows a strike-through the filename.

However, the Open from Vault dialogs of both Inventor and AutoCAD don't show this strike-through. The only indication you have that the file is checked-out is because the Checked in field is empty.

It would be nice if the strike-through is also shown in the Open from Vault dialogs. Even further, if we could also show the Checked-out By not just as the username, but also by user attributes (i.e. as available in Vault 2022), maybe even an Avatar similar to what Fusion 360 Design Reservation does.

@clastrilla You can add the Checked Out By column to the dialog to see the user's name.
