Open from Vault client should download library files automatically.
When opening a file from the Vault from within Inventor it will automatically download all references if they are not downloaded yet. But when opening an drawing\assembly from the Vault client it will download the references except the library files. You will have to perform a get first to get all the references …. Please make the opening functionality the same as when opening it form within Inventor, it is easier to remember and explain it.
I agree, when we "Open" an assembly in the Vault Client then Inventor ask us if the user want to download missing files from the Vault. My users are asking me to fix the broken assemblies, not knowing that this is default behavior.
