new number tool

We are using this vault tool to generate numbers.

The problem is when you want to make a new number it's defoult is the last added project (by the IT guy). It would safe me and all my coworkers a lot of clicking if it remembered my (read local user) last added location. So I do not have to click to the folder I want to add my number.

While you are at it anyway can you have it using unused numbers as well instead of simply " last number + 1"

This way it would be so much nicer to use.
