Lifecycle transistions initially blocked

When defining a new lifecycle all transitions are initially open. So, the next step is to close the unwanted ones by setting the proper rights.

That is a bit impractical. In real life most transitions need to be blocked, I only need a few open ones.

It would save the administrators a lot of mouse clicks and time if all transitions were initially forbidden for all users.

When an existing lifecycle is copied a lot of transitions are automatically set to forbidden. Often lifecycles are quite similar and I would prefer to copy the settings identical to the initial lifecycle.

With a completely new life it might be worth having all transitions set to forbidden to start with. At least it appears less error prone since a wanted and not available transition will be noticed while testing.
