Items Assign/Update - Do not Gather obsolete files as links
When pressing Assign/Update Item, I do not want obsolete files to be added as links or attachments to the item. I have to manually remove the file to allow my lifecycle to transition (based on our rules, but each time we up-revise the file, the item re-attaches the obsolete references. Would be great if it just skipped obsolete files!
