Get in a flat list - Autodesk Community

If I do a get on several files in the vault to a specific local folder (ex. 2022_07_26_QUOTE_PROJECTNRxxxx), I should be able to find and the files in 1 folder with a flat structure.

Would it be possible to add the option to shoose "Vault folder structure" or "flat structure"

Thank you for posting the idea. What problem are you trying to solve by changing the folder structure to a flat list?

Opening the assembly in Inventor will cause it to have to find all of the related files in the same folder, modifying the assembly.

I tend to get all (pdf & step) files to a local folder for quoting purposes. It would be easy if they appear without Vault folder structure to allow easy selecting in an email.

You can do this using Pack n Go.

I don't think so, I want selected PDF and steps to a local folder.

See the image below. All of my PDFs are in different paths. Change the Output Structure to Copy to Single Path.

I do not need ALL pdf and steps, but only selected.

If you can find them in a search, you can select the files you want in the Pack and Go.

I'll give it a try.
