When a user right-clicks a file and uses "go to working folder" the windows-Explorer opens in that folder but the file is not selected.
If a user has many files inside that folder he needs extra time to find or scroll to that file.
If the file is present in the folder it would be an imporvement if the file gets selected/highlighted automatically. The Windows Explorer supports directly selecting the file as long as it exists:
explorer.exe /select,"C:\Vault\FolderXYZ\FileABC.ipt"
