Hello Autodesk,
since Vault was launched in.... 2004 (?!?) the viewing performance is today as poor as it was at early beginning. There is no change and no development to this (from my point of view!!). In other EDM and PDM products their is bigger focus on this topic, where I can run through the list if files via curser controle keys and within a second the real preview is loaded (depending on machine & network performance of course!).
Within Vault it actually takes 5 - 20 seconds to get an existing (!) preview-dwf file loaded.
