Enhancement to Vault Rename

It would be very nice if the Rename command did NOT default to a numbering scheme, as with the Prefix "NEW", unless actually requested or set as a setting by the user.  I normally want a completely different name when I use rename, and it takes several mouse clicks to turn off the numbering scheme.  I would rather have it off by default, and be able to turn it on as needed.

How about pulling the same numbering scheme that was used to name the source file?

The "New" prefix is a unusefull time comsunimg activitiy.

The Rename process require too much clicks. A double click on the name could help a lot in some admin activities.
