Currently in Vault Pro, when you submit an ECO the Submitted by and Date submitted fields do not populate until the change administrator submits the ECO to the work state. The fields are then populated with the change administrators information which doesn't truly capture the correct information needed for the true ability to track the ECO. If these fields could be populated upon submission of the ECO with the information of the change requestor and that date it would truly give more useful information.
