ECO 생성 시 다중 파일 선택하여 '관련 항목 추가' 할 수 있게 (When creating an ECO, you can select multiple files and click 'Add Related Items')

Vault 시스템을 구축한 고객사에서 요청한 내용입니다.

ECO 생성 시 여러 파일을 선택해서 ECO를 생성하는데 이후 레코드 탭에서 관련 파일을 추가하려면 단일 파일에서만 해당 메뉴가 나타나는데 여러 파일을 선택한 상태에서도 '관련 항목 추가' 메뉴가 활성화 되어서 한 번에 여러 관련 파일을 추가할 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.

This is a request from a client who has implemented a Vault system.

When creating an ECO, multiple files are selected. Later, when adding related files in the Records tab, the menu only appears for a single file. However, I'd like to see the "Add Related Items" menu activated even when multiple files are selected, allowing multiple related files to be added at once.
