dwf size based on layout size

dwf size based on layout size

create dwf size based on size defined in layout as opposed to forcing all dwfs to one size when checking in from autocad and using autocad to create the dwf.

I realize it is possible using the job processor, but this adds more steps: open job server, pause/resume and have found the job processor to be less than 100% reliable.
