Custom Lifecycle Jobs Added to Queue on State Change
When a file changes state in the mobile app, the default jobs (sync props, DWF/PDF creation) are added to the job queue but any custom lifecycle jobs are not. We regularly develop customer-specific job functionality for our customers and want to see this custom jobs added to the queue when changing state through the mobile app.
@YounesYammouri Yes, they are. Prior to posting here I confirmed with @ihayesjr that changing state via Vault mobile will only fire the standard jobs and not any custom ones.
I think @YounesYammouri is correct and I was not. The job should be created as it is part of the lifecycle definition and not code on the client. Please give it a try.
Was finally able to check this. Custom jobs are being added to the queue when the state change is performed via Vault mobile which is great. Therefore, this Ideastation post can be disregarded.
