Create document link on specific revision in items

Description:

For some items only older revisions of linked documents are valid.

i.e.

Item A - link to document 123 revision 1

Item B - link to document 123 revision 2

Challenge:

Need for certain revisions of a linked file in an item

Proposal:
Add possibility to create documentlinks to certain revisions
