Configuration tools

It would be great if we could have a new tool similar to copy design that worked with iLogic rules within Inventor files.  This tool would copy a template within vault to a new location, allow users to edit a form of parameters within vault and would run a top level iLogic rule (prob via itriggor).  Currently users need to copy the template using copy design, open manually in inventor, configure and check in.  I would like to be able to do this so that non inventor users can run a configuration via inventor without realising it using only the vault environment they already know.
