Configuration Import and Export

When exporting and importing vault configurations from one one to another, it should overwrite existing configurations as well as importing new ones.

This is extremely unhelpful when you are not notified existing configurations are not updated as you would expet the import to update the settings accordingly.

At the very least provide the ability to choose which settings to import and which to leave as is.
