In our case, we need to know who is the "responsible engineer" for each ECO.
That would let us balance the workload between engineers.
Today we do not know which engineer is taking care of wich ECO (of course we can go one by one and see the routing list..but it would be great to have it as a property)
In fact I was planning to implement this my self:
1.- Include the jobProcessor user as ECO administrator
2.- Create a job on transition "Open" to "Work" that fills the property with the engineers name
