Centralized Vault for Content Center or Library files

Hello,
please think about an centralized solution about content center and library files?
At the moment we do have 10 Vault and each of them do have nearly the same content center files placed 20.000 - 25.000 files!.
It would be great if we can have only one Vault for libraries which can be attached to all other vaults.
Items for library releated/linked to it. The update process for library would be much easier.

Hi @grzjoh18 Can you tell me why you have 10 different Vaults? The best way to not duplicate the libraries is that everyone uses the same Vault.

Hi,
why we do have so much Vaults?
We do have a lot of divisions and our users lactated around the world. Acc. our security concept, we do not allow share files between those divisions.
The Vault security within one Vault is complicated enough for one division and our Vaults are very big and growing very fast.
Data replication is also done acc. their needs, replication to other subscriber (6) will be done only if this Vault is really needed.

mmm, I still prefer to have less Vaults and would focus on the access rights in Vault. We use vault global with 10K+ users and can control all access rights from one location.
