Vault client settings currently differ when connecting to different servers but the same vault in a replicated environment. This makes no sense as the user is connected to the same content and would like to use the same settings.

User settings like this should be migrated when going from one Vault version to another, too.

Please provide a UI to copy settings like Inventor does.
