It would be great to support additional state security action to force or block application commands. For example if you don't want to allow a user to create a copy outsite of Vault, the Save As command including windows desktop copy is blocked. This can be reached with Microsoft's Rights Management Service (RMS) which is supperted by MS Office and Adobe already.
Additional use case can be that based on the state specific application commands are disabled. So if the drawing file is in a state approval, the user cannot add or remove models, but can add / modify the title block / text or add measurements.
