Additional Markup Tools

I'd like to add some additional markup tools to the ECN process.  My goal is to speed up the process of making a markup.

Requested tools:

1. Weld Callout/Symbol Builder - It is quicker to use the industry-standard weld symbols to communicate new or changed welds than typing in text or trying to scribble on the screen with the mouse pointer
2. Dimension Tool - I want to communicate a new dimension scheme or new dimension values. 
3. GD&T Symbols - Less important to me, but others will find it useful
4. Text Stike-Out - Like Acrobat Comments
5. Item Balloons or Alternate Text Callout Boarder Shapes
6.  Link Text Callouts to other markup geometry, not just model geometry
