Add support for OpenDocumentFormat (ODF) file extensions

Dear Autodesk

Beside OOXML, the ODF file format is on the upswing (see media coverage).

The idea is more a request for a proper integration of the native ODF file format for Vault (Basic), especially with the custom properties in mind.

@Anonymous: please let us know your strategy regarding ODF. We need to make a strategic business decision as well...
