It would be nice as an admin to access the job queue from the mobile app to view the status of jobs as well as remove errors or resubmit jobs as needed while away from the desk.
Thanks for posting the idea. How often do you really think an administrator is going to check the Job Queue using Vault Mobile versus using the thick client?
Are you aware of the automatic retry feature for failed jobs?
For me personally, I would check it mostly when I am traveling or not able to be at my computer. It probably won't be as needed once our cool orange implementation is finished. From what I have seen during testing, their job processing tools are much more stable than the out of the box autodesk solutions are for whatever reason. But for now, I am having to "babysit" the job processor more than I would like to admit and I am not always at my desk to do so. I think it would give the admin that piece of mind that there aren't all kinds of files backed up in the queue.
Yes, I do have the auto retry feature working. That has helped some, but still have issues with PDF creation.
