Hi @ihayesjr,

thats right. But as we have discussed in Munich at the ITF there is a problem when the ACC path or the ACC project not exists any more. In this case you can not open the configuration dialog in vault to change the settings or to delet the settings to the ACC project. 

I wrote the idea when we updated from Vault 2021 to Vault 2023 and at the same time switched from BIM360 to ACC.
I noticed that the configuration dialog for synchronization could no longer be opened. At first I thought that this was due to the update to Vault 2023.
Later, with the help of Autodesk support, I found out that the problem was that the paths to BIM360 no longer existed.
In order to correct the path settings, I had to restore the old installations with Vault 2021 and BIM360 on a separate computer. This was the only way I could correct the settings and also use them with ACC and Vault 2023.
If I had not been able to restore the old installations, the configuration could never have been corrected.
In my opinion, this is a very serious situation that should be changed urgently.

It is very important that the configuration dialog for synchronization can always be opened, even if the Desktop Connector is not active or paths to an ACC project no longer exist (because the project was deleted on the ACC, for example).
The paths that no longer exist (either because the Desktop Connector is not active or because the ACC path no longer exists) should be displayed and highlighted in red and with an exclamation mark within the configuration dialog, for example.

Only if the configuration dialog for synchronization can always be opened is it possible to correct incorrect configurations.
At the moment it is not possible to correct the settings. The vault or the synchronization is unusable forever.

Yes, your issue is to enhance the existing integration to solve that problem. Not create a new integration, which is what this post is.
