Viewer appearance classic vs modern

Hello,

We recently upgraded from 2022 to 2024. One of my user's doesn't like the feel of the modern floating toolbar at the bottom of the viewer (See top pic below). He would rather have the classic look like his neighbor, whose viewer still looks like the classic format; as a toolbar on the top (See bottom pic below). I've checked the classic users version of vault and it's the same as mine, but my appearance is modern. Is there a setting somewhere that gives the classic appearance?

These two are different software that can be used in Vault to preview files : Autodesk Viewer (top one) or Design Review (bottom one).

You can choose which one is used in Options in Vault Client:
