I think it has been possible for me to update descriptions in vault before. I just completely forgot how.
Found it:
But could i get double click directly on the line? Rather than ->Properties->Propertiy edit

You were a few seconds faster than I am. I'm glad you found it. Make sure you have the property mapped to the file if you want changes made inside Vault to push out to the File description as well.
