Vault Mobile not Supporting Version 24.0.49.0

Hi, I seen in a news release vault mobile works with vault 2019,2020,2021 versions. When I try to connect through the vault mobile app a pop up states it does not support the 24.0.49.0 version of the vault (which is 2019). Any suggestions?

Hi @Anonymous, is it possible the news release that you saw was for the Vault Mobile Technical Preview?  Vault Mobile has now moved passed the Technical Preview stage and changes have been made. The official Vault Mobile app now only supports connections to Vault 2020 and 2021 Server as Gunnar mentioned above.
