Syncing vault properties - Vault 2025

Hello everybody,

i created some mapping to sync data from vault and ipt, iam file but after mapping, i have to click sync manually, is there any way to force vault run sync automatically ? by job processor or by API connection, i need the idea.

Try using the Re-index Properties.

Hello @ihayesjr , what i need it , after mapping properties the information should be synce automatically, now i have to do it manually by click sync properties and if some one forget to sync, they will see to old information in vault app.

If you use the Re-Index properties command after creating the new mapping, it will automatically retrieve the properties from existing files in Vault. Users do not have to do anything.
