Can't extract BOM data- Error Message. Vault 2025.3.1

Can't extract BOM data. Please try to check in again to resolve the missing BOM data or notify product support of the issue.
Is anyone seeing this error message when trying to check things in? I'm seeing it more and more often, and when it happens the check in operation just stops. Sure there are ways to go back in and find all the files that were not checked in and do them individually, but I'd like to know if there is a root cause of this and how to fix it when it happens.
Never used to see this in earlier versions.
Currently on: Build: 356, Release: 2025.3.1-Date: Thu 06/26/2025
