Good Morning

We are in the process of setting up a Vault Basic server which was supplied with our product Design and manufacturing collection we have been able to get inventor working with it, But today I was going to try Plant 3D we previously had this running via a separate SQL express server, but when I try to create a new project and tick the create new vault project it says I don't have permissions for that yet I am the main admin on the Vault server do I need to have windows admin privilege's as well?

Regards

Andrew

"Vault Basic does not support AutoCAD Plant 3D functionality or projects. Vault Workgroup or Vault Professional is required for Plant 3D Vault projects."

I have the same problem. We just bought 3 PDMC licences, got a virtual server etc. And now find out that Vault Basic does not support Plant3D. The CAD Vendor did not point this out.

A frustrating situation as we need to move everything from old Vault Workgroup before the end Nov as the 2019 version is no longer available, so we cannot view our old data.

Autodesk has really dropped the ball here. A case of spending more money to view our own data!!
