Modelstates and Items Problem

Hi,

if I assign items to a model with model states, and different part numbers, the respective items are also created - that's how it works fine.

But if I create a new model state afterwards, even with a different part number, no new item is created. How do I create an item for this additional new model state?

When you check the model, with the new Model State, back in to Vault, did you do an Update on the Item?  What was the result?

these steps are necessary:
create new model state and check In
Update the Item
Assign Item on Document

Now it works

very complicated and difficult to explain to employees
