Vault is not available to check in

Hi Community,

Today, in spite the server is working well, my Vault is just working 50%.

I can checked out a file using Vault but I can not open a file in Inventor from Vault.

If I try to open a file using the button "Browse to a file in Vault and open it" doesn't work. (See image below)

When I am working in Inventor any Vault's button work and I can't neither Login, nor Check in or Check out in Inventor. (See image below)

In the morning when I opened Inventor appeared the message:

"The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch..." (See image below)

After some drawings and after open-close the software and turn on-turn on, the PC still appears a new error message:

"The principal does not meet requirements to call this service." (See image below)

Thanks for your help,

Filipe

Not positive you tried this but maybe reboot the computer and see if that fixes a possible network issue.

In one of your images it appears that you are not logged in to Vault.  Have you tried logging in and it did not work?  What versions of Inventor & Vault are you using?

Thanks for your reply.

As I said in the post: "When I am working in Inventor any Vault's button work and I can't neither Login, nor Check in nor Check out in Inventor."

I'm using Inventor Profissional 2022 and Vault Basic 2022.

First check if your Vault server has not run out of disk space:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/The-server-did-not...

Then try these:
1) "The VPN is blocking the Vault Client from communicating with the Vault Server":
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-106-The-prin...
2) If not updated post 2023.3 there is a chance of this issue being fixed via workaround. "
In Inventor make sure to use "use separate servers for content and vault"":
