Importing Items to update properties breaks existing BOM structure.

When importing Items from a spreadsheet for mass updates to Item properties, any existing BOM structures to levels below the updated Items are lost.

The only way to retain the structure is to include all existing levels in the import sheet, even if the child Items do not require updating. This is very impractical and turns a simple task into a mammoth exercise.

In addition, because we have to open each Item to push the property changes back to the files with synchronization, this can become an even bigger task.

So, in summary, a couple of very helpful improvements would be:

1. to not break existing structure when updating Items via imported spreadsheets.

2. the ability to synchronize property updates back to the associated files, at least to the primary association, via an Item list without having to open each Item.
