How to merge 2 different vaults from 2 different AUTODESKVAULT instances

Hello,

Our company has two AUTODESKVAULT instances on 2 different servers.

One instance has 4 vaults and the other a1 vault.

We would like to merge them into one AUTODESKVAULT instance.

I have found several articles.

One article suggest to use Data Transfer Utility:

The other article suggest to use detach/attach option:

Do you have suggestions on which option is more suitable?

As I remember it, you can't do that yourself. You need a certified Autodesk partner to do that for you.

The first option is the only one that works in this case. The second option is just moving a set of vaults from one server to another.

And as Johan stated, you need assistance of an Autodesk partner.
