Vault DXF export

I presume that this is a Vault issue - after installing the Vault 2024.3 Update exporting DXF flat patterns is now broken, for me at least.

Vault is setup so that when state is set to released the job processor will then do the work of exporting STP, DXF from the IPT files and PDF from IDW files.
This has been working flawlessly for many months but now after installing the latest 2024.3 Update DXF export has stopped working.

The job processor doesn't give much information regarding errors.

I've checked the Vault settings and everything seems to be in order.
Has anyone else experienced this after installing the latest update?

We have been alerted of this issue and are investigating the cause.

Hopefully we can figure this out soon and get back to you.

Hi,
I don't know if you can say anything about this, but I'm wondering when you might have this issue resolved.
We export quite a few DXF files during each work day, and having this not working is getting rather tedious.

Do you know where the issue lies? Is it just the job processor?
If so, would it be safe to remove Vault from that machine and re-install Vault with update 2024.2 until this issue is resolved?

@mrB_Young

Can you log into the Management Portal and install this?

It works again.
I installed Inventor Interoperability.  But I also installed these two updates before I tested anything:

Those updates weren't showing the last time I logged on to the job processor machine.
Whether it was installing Inventor Interoperability that fixed the problem or if it was the RealDWG update that fixed it I can't say but at least it works again.

Thanks for the feedback. The interoperability is what solved the problem.
