Getting Multiple Save Dialog Boxes

I have been getting this weird bug lately where it makes me do the initial save x5. It always saves to the last dialog box popup as well. I've tried updating vault, but it still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or expertise would be very much appreciated.

Try placing as standard, instead of as custom (unique, not from standard library folder):

@Gabriel_Watson

That wouldn't work for us, we try to keep our standard library only fasteners. This was just the easiest way to re-create the bug. It does this when creating (.ipt) parts occasionally. I've looked around a little more and don't think I asked the right question....

This dialog box is "Vault Data Standard". It's an add-in. So its likely a problem from that end and not on vault. I asked this on the wrong forum as well oops.

It looks like you are selecting the folder in the first dialog but not selecting the folder when the Data Standard dialog appears. Can you try to set the folder location in the Data Standard dialog?

Can you also expand this error so we can see the rest of the error message?

I tried setting the folder for the Data standards dialog, but it doesn't change the issue. It saves the file per the last instance/popup. Our file paths can get quite long, so it's easier to just save at the top level folder in vault and move afterwards.

The error message was a constraint error. Tbh I didn't even notice it. just clicked right through it haha.

My coworkers are experiencing the same issue, and it has only been happening since the 2024 update. I've bee looking into 'vault data standards' and it seems fairly complex. Perhaps the person who set it up missed an oversight? I will try and contact them. I haven't seen this issue looking online yet either.

This seems to have worked!

I'm confused as to how I was getting the VDS popup in the first place, b/c when I try adding back the "InteractionEvents" to "DisableVdsForCmds" it correctly doesn't pop up.

Thanks for your help.
