Components with serial numbers in Vault

When we build an assembly with a specific serial number, it should keep all the components it's made of, in the specific version/revision used when it was created.

When included assemblies or parts receive future revisions, the specific serial numbered assembly should remain unchanged for tracking and support purposes.
