GET does not update local files

Hi Vault useres!

Has anyone encountered such a problem - after GET for files, Autodesk Vault Client shows that the files in the workspace are up-to-date, but in fact not updated and are older versions?
Opening files from a Vault sometimes helps, but not always.
Inventor and Vault files and processes have been added as exceptions to the antivirus.

Have you tried making sure that Force Overwrite is selected in the Get dialog?

Hi Irvin.

This option cannot always be used. Sometimes the files included in the assembly are checked out and edited - with this option the changes will be lost.
My question is why Vault shows that the local file is up-to-date, when it is really an old version? This may be misleading.

I agree that would be misleading. Do you have any reproducible steps? Or the next time it happens, create a video and share it.  That might help us help you.
