need correct Vault update 2018.3.3

I need to connect to my customers Vault and they say that my Vault build# and update# need to match theirs even though we are both running Vault Basic 2018. My build# matches but my update# is 2018.3 theirs is 2018.3.3. I was able to find Autodesk_Vault_DataStandard_2018_3_3_ but after running the setup file there didn’t seem to be a change in my Vault update#. Two questions 1) do both build# and update# need to match for me to check in/out files from their vault, and 2) how can I get update 2018.3.3?

1. Vault Data Standards doesn't work with Vault Basic.
2. You don't need to be on the same update as the server to connect and check-in and out.
3. You build matches so you will be fine. We have had instances where the Update # doesn't get reset correctly which could be the cause of the problem.
4. You could have everyone install Vault 2018.3.8 Update and you will definitely match.
