Default Comment based on Transition

It seems the only way to change the default comment, when transitioning states, is to change it for the entire final state.

Is there any way to have the default comment be based on the transition instead of the final state?

In the lifecycle definition you can change the default comment

So the answer is no, I cannot have comments based on transition rather than final state. Thanks!

No you can add to every transition a default comment see my screenshot
