More and more I get these errors, and don't know what triggers them. Never had these issues. Everything seems checked in and saved afterwards, but why these warnings?

The error states that the file exists already.
Do you have, enforce unique file names turned on?
Verify that the files did not already exist in Vault.
Verify that you are working in the proper workspace.
Are you having multiple Vault Project Files (ipj) used in Vault?
