Autoloader 2022 - Server Error and unsuccessful as the dependent file(s) are unable to be upload

After hours of research I solved my own problem! Just want to share!

I was using Autoloader 2022 and I was constantly getting interrupted with the following errors while uploading:
1) Server Error
and
2) unsuccessful as the dependent file(s) are unable to be upload

After reading for HOURS and trying several methods, I tried downgrading to Autoloader 2021 and all got fixed.
Same settings, Project File, involved Files and Folders, logins, ...

Successful Uploads.

No, it doesn't sound correct. However, this one would be hard to troubleshoot at this point since it worked with 2021.
