It stands for a badly caught exception in the code, which gives almost zero information to the end user.
I got a similar error from a different source, but here is what worked for me in the past:
Replacing the 4 main executable files in the Vault / Explorer folder (Autoloader.exe, Connectivity.VaultPro.exe, CopyDesign.exe, JobProcessor.exe) with fresh ones from a working PC.
I believe your "CopyDesign.exe" alone could be damaged so start by trying to replace that one.
