Autodesk Vault Missing File names

I'm running vault 2012 and I can't see the file or folder names when I set the layout to detail view. The files are there because the icons that display the vault status show up and if I hover my cursor over the row it will display the file name. When I switch the layout view to small or large icons everything displays fine. Any ideas?

Try the following to reset you view settings.

Right click in the header area (column list)

Select Customize view

Reset

We had this problem today, but we could not right-click the header..?

We thought that this was some critical error. It's not, just a bug. Unfortunately, after a re-install, which did not rectify, we ended up having to go to the 'view' option at the top, and clicking customize view there instead.

Still, it was the correct approach. We just could not get to it through the header...
