AutoCAD and Revit 2026.0.1 Update

Hello Vault users,

If you are using AutoCAD or Revit 2026 with Vault 2026, you will soon see an AutoCAD 2026.0.1 and Revit 2026.0.1 update available. This update will break the Vault add-in, and you will not be able to use the Revit or AutoCAD Vault add-in.

Please wait to apply the Revit or AutoCAD add-in until we post a Vault 2026 update with the fix in it.

Hi Irvin,

This post was very helpful to keep Vault users from updating to a version of AutoCAD that broke Vault functionality. Thanks for posting it.

Could you create a similar post warning Vault users not to install the AutoCAD 2026.1 update? Once again, the AutoCAD update breaks Vault functionality.  If the 2026.1 update is installed on job processors, they will no longer be able to complete any jobs that use the accoreconsole.  I believe standard DWF publishing (which uses DWG Trueview) still works fine.

I had to uninstall AutoCAD 2026.1 on all our job processors and reinstall AutoCAD 2026.0.1 to get things working again.

The related Autodesk KB article is here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/FATAL-ERROR-ASC-in...

Thank you,

Patrick

We were working fine with Vault 2026.1.1 and AutoCAD 2026.1 .0 but installed AutoCAD 2026.1.1 over the weekend. Now have this ASC issue popping up when using the Vault Batch Plot functionality (which by the way, needs to be fixed so it doesn't try to open AutoCAD/Inventor *at all* when we have specifically told it to use the DWFs in the Vault in the first place).
