You likely face a mismatch in the Vault folder structure and saved shortcut(s). Are the given shortcuts valid in Vault Explorer? I am able to reproduce the error only if I renamed a folder in Vault having a shortcut linked to the previous name.

Hi Markus,

yes, all shortcuts are valid in Vault Explorer.
Here are  more informations.
Also VDS-Inventor shows no Folder, only the iam from Vault Explorer shortcut. And if i select the iam in Inventor VDS shortcuts the above error appears.

Check that the Inventor user has access to the folders in the tree of your assembly. Missing access invokes the same error message. Respecting access control could be handled in a future release... good catch.

yes, user has access to all Vault Explorer folders.
Folders are also in local filestore.
Next , if i shall delete the Inventor Shortcut the following error appears:

Again, this error is a logical consequence of missing access to one of the folders in Vault. The local ones are not relevant at this point.

So, the root cause is that your Inventor user cannot read the folders given in the shortcut file. You need to investigate the reason for that. I doubt that the VDS script is the cause.

I think i found it.

If Inventor Workspace in Inventor Project File is too deep it doesn't work.

If i define Inventor workspace to [.\Konstruktion - ] it works
If i define [.\Konstruktion\Inventor-2023] it will not work

Hmm, I was able to reproduce. However, I cannot conclude yet what to change to make a setup like this possible. At least I identified where it breaks. So, please share more details if you continue investigating - I can't put more time/focus on it for now.
