Anyone has already encountered the error: DuplicateQueuedEvent [237] ?

I've not found any description on why or with which conditions is raised.

I don't understand which field is considered "duplicated", it is one of the JobParam array values?

You can't queue the same job twice.  If there is already a job on the queue of the same type, with the same parameters and values, you will get an error.

Is this the case you are running into?
