Webapp multiple chrome tabs with labels

In google chrome, user can open multiple tabs to work simultaneously in various projects. For all the tabs it shows as Upchain. It will be beneficial if each tab name also shows the project/CR/CN that's open in that tab. For example

1. If user have their dashboard open, it should show "Upchain Home"

2. If user have project 9015 open, the tab name should be "Upchain-9015"

3. If user have CR9015-1256 open, the tab name should be "Upchain-CR9015-1256"

Use case: Users open multiple tabs & work in most cases and this is helpful in clicking on the correct tab that user wishes instead of searching for the correct tab.
